What does your marine outfitting service include?
We provide full interior marine outfitting, covering everything from structural carpentry and joinery to plumbing, electrics, HVAC, soft furnishings and finishing. That can mean a complete interior refit or targeted works to specific areas such as cabins, public spaces, galleys or technical rooms. We also support systems upgrades, cosmetic repairs and final cleaning so that spaces are ready to go back into service.
Can you manage a full turnkey refit, or just individual trades?
We can do both. Many clients ask us to deliver a full turnkey solution where we manage all trades under one point of contact, from early planning through to handover. Others bring us in to supply specific trades such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers, HVAC specialists or upholsterers as part of a wider yard or owner-managed project. Our foremen and supervisors co-ordinate our operatives on site so the works integrate smoothly with other contractors.
How do you work alongside shipyards and other contractors?
We regularly work as part of larger dry dock or in-service projects alongside shipyards, OEMs and other specialist contractors. Our teams are used to working to tight programmes, following established yard procedures and fitting into existing project structures. We can follow your scope and specification exactly or help refine the package where you need practical input on buildability and sequencing.
Where do your marine outfitting teams operate?
We support projects in the UK and internationally, with mobile teams who can attend vessels in dry dock, alongside or in port. Depending on the scope, we can provide ride-on squads for sailing periods as well as larger teams for intensive refit windows. The scale of the team is planned around your programme, access windows and operational constraints.
Can you work on live vessels with crew or passengers on board?
Yes, subject to safety and operational requirements, we can plan works around live operations. This often involves careful phasing of areas, clear segregation, noise and dust control, and close communication with your onboard management. Our supervisors will agree working hours, access routes and any shutdowns needed in advance, so disruption is kept to a minimum.
Let’s discuss your next project
Every vessel is different, and so is every refit. Our technical team review each project in detail and develop a bespoke solution that fits your vessel, schedule and budget. The first step is a conversation, so get in touch and tell us what you need from your next marine outfitting project.
