We are looking to fill a number of a full-time Sealant Applicator roles across the UK. Locations include Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, Monmouthshire, London and Bristol.

Experience in mastic application is desired but for entry-level applicants, on-site training is also provided for those looking to begin a career in the sealants industry.

Responsibilities you can expect to cover with this role

Reporting to an area contracts manager, the role involves travelling around your dedicated region and the surrounding areas to provide expert sealant installation on both housing and commercial developments. We seek a friendly, hardworking, competent applicator who takes pride in their work.

Typical application would be to frames, soffits, expansion joints, intumescent areas, bathrooms, kitchens, floor joints, saw cuts, Curtin walling and more.

Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Driving to place of work (possibly multiple sites per day)
  • Professionally install sealant internal & externally
  • Adhere to construction site rules
  • Follow scope of works
  • Work from ladder, Scaffolding and MEWP’s
  • Comply with H&S legislation and follow company H&S policy
  • Work to company method statements
  • Record material usage & provide accurate stock takes
  • Complete daily logs including plant & vehicle check records

This role will suit someone with experience in a similar field. However, we will still consider your application if you don’t have the exact experience listed above. New recruits receive thorough Application and Health & Safety training, including onsite shadowing with experienced team members, to equip you with the necessary skills to excel in your new position.

We are currently looking for Cosmetic Repair Technicians in Scotland. This is an entry level role for someone interested in a career in building repairs.

What to expect about the job?

Once fully-trained the successful applicant will be able to repair various items within the home, for example a chipped ceramic sink can be filled and carefully colour-matched to look good as new.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate experience of colour-matching, for example panel beaters / Car Body Shop workers tend to be suitable because of the colour-matching background.

It is essential that you have a good eye for detail, that you are trustworthy, reliable and can demonstrate an ability to learn new skills.

You will be involved in fixing chips, dents, and scratches on various hard surfaces, including but not limited to worktops, kitchen units, tiles, baths, shower trays, UPVC, brick, and stone. You will join our team of highly skilled professionals who can perform these repairs onsite, saving our clients time and money as well as avoiding the trouble of finding replacements.
